Practicing Recall

We're always searching for new and unfamiliar places where we can safely practice recall with Ruby. Not too long ago, we wandered a bit off a trail to unexpectedly find this spot which was an ideal mix of open space, large boulders, and tree cover. We progressed really nicely from short, easy back and forths to more complicated distances where one of us would hide and she'd fly toward the sound of our voices. Senior snow dog, Kiva, left the running up to Ruby that day, but did an admirable job helping with training by adding some woofs and distraction to the mix!
